High-temperature and pressure-resistant detonating cords
DYNAWELL PT Detonating Cords have been specifically developed for oilfield use, either exposed to the well bore or in encapsulated perforating systems.Since they use RDX, HMX or HNS explosives optimised to a high detonating velocity, these Detonating Cords are resistant to high temperatures and pressures and are covered in a pressure- and temperature-resistant jacket to protect them from the effects of caustic fluids.
DYNAWELL T Detonating Cords, which were specially developed as an alternative to the PT Detonating Cords, are engineered for sole use in encapsulated perforating systems. Their higher flexibility makes them extremely suitable for high shot densities. These detonating cords are available for use with RDX and HMX explosives.
Special PETN Detonating Cords are available for low-temperature applications and use in hollow carrier guns only.
