In 1995, all DYNAenergetics' industrial explosive-related divisions were awarded an ISO 9001 Certificate under the former owner Dynamit Nobel. Regular quality audits have verified that DYNAenergetics’ quality system fulfils the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. An ISO 14 001 as well an ISO 18 001 (OHSAS) Certificate has also been awarded to the explosives manufacturing section in recognition of their environment-friendly, health and safety approach, which is part of DYNAenergetics’ corporate philosophy.

This publication is applicable to explosives used in oil and gas producing operations, and more specifically to the use of explo­sives inside a wellbore. The purpose of this recommended practice is to prevent the inadvertent detonation of explosives.
